Wickfield House

Wickfield House was a Paragraph 55 design for a new house on the edge of the Cotswold scarp above Cheltenham.

We developed a design to resemble a neolithic long barrow, in line with the history of the area, creating a large central living space, under a concrete dome. The ecological design included a reedbed sewage treatment system, solar panels, high levels of insulation, use of local materials and a rain water collection grey water treatment system. We landscpaed the scheme to include a vineyard, kitchen garden, viewing mound, listening hollow and underground garage.
